Take slow, deep breathes. Tense your muscles and relax them. Visualize a relaxing environment. Walking off nervous energy has helped me before major stage events.


Step #3: Focus on the audience

Yes, you read right. It is easy to be consumed with your fear, nervousness, and anxiety. Shove this fear aside by thinking about the audience. These are real people with real problems. Think about how your talk will encourage, motivate, and educate.

 Stage fright can be overcome. Use these three secrets and you'll be able to reduce speaking nervousness and anxiety. They will also help you gain more confidence on stage.
