Answer B is right. Lean protein, vegetables, fruit and whole grains are healthy and nutritious good and are generally regarded as the best food you can eat when you want to develop amazing 6 pack abs.

Answer A is right. Water is the best beverage you can drink and is so good for you! Did you know that our bodies are made up of 66% water? At least 6-8 glasses of water is needed daily for good health. (And water doesn't have any calories!)
3. I eat breakfast:
A. Once per week
B. Sometimes - about three or four times per week
C. Every day
The correct answer is C. Eating breakfast every day stops you from feeling so hungry in the middle of the day that you're ready to eat your arm off! It's far easier for your body to digest one meal at breakfast and another meal at lunch than a huge, huge meal at lunchtime because you didn't eat any breakfast. So don't put your 6 pack abs at risk by not eating breakfast.
4. I exercise:
A. Whenever I feel like it
B. Twice per week
C. Three to four times per week
